Basic process

The molding material is put into the mold attached to the molding machine, and the shape is made. (For thermoplastic resin)

In "Plastic molding", jelly ingredients are "molding materials", pots and refrigerators are "molding machines", and jelly molds are "molds".

Type of molding method

There are different types of molding methods, as shown below, depending on the properties and uses of the resin. At Richell, we mainly use injection molding (thermoplastic) to manufacture our products.
