injection molding
Injection molding behavior
In injection molding, a material that has been softened and melted in a heating cylinder is injected into a mold, pressure is applied, and the product is cooled and solidified.
1Material input
Put the material into the molding machine (hopper).
TwoCylinder forward/material melting
advance the cylinder.
Inside the cylinder, the material is melted.
State inside the cylinder
(1) Heater ON
(2) Load material into hopper
(3) Melting materials.Retract the screw and weigh the material
(4) Injection by advancing the screw
ThreeInjection/cooling
The molten material is injected into the mold by extruding the screw inside the cylinder.
Cool the product.
FourMold opening/removal
Open the mold and take out the product.
Blow molding action
In blow molding, a material that has been softened and melted by heat is extruded into a pipe (parison), air is blown into the parison, and the material is pressed against a mold to cool and solidify.
The soft, heat-melted material is pushed out from the top and hung.
Air is blown into the parison while it is still soft, and the material is pressed against the mold to cool and solidify.
Open the mold and take out the product.
