Flow analysis

Flow analysis is a three-dimensional analysis of how the resin injected into the mold from the injection molding machine flows and fills.
It is impossible to see the resin flowing in the mold because the mold is not transparent.Therefore, flow analysis is performed, and simulation is performed with flow analysis before mold manufacturing or when there is a problem.

Structural analysis

Structural analysis is a quantitative analysis of how a product deforms when a load is applied to it and which parts are likely to break.The purpose is to eliminate the risk of problems occurring in the post-process by simulating in advance whether there is a fatal strength problem in the product at the design stage.
